Made on a terracotta brick, this picto-sculpture simulates a "bubble" style graffiti made illegally on a brick wall. When it comes to graffiti forbidden places the "bubble style" is a technique that writers love: having no empty spaces, it allows to complete a readable writing in a very short time.

The rounded shapes are relatively simple to make in a hurry and allow for large and fluid movements that rarely give rise to serious errors. Another advantage of this style of graffiti is that two colors are more than enough. First, a sketch line is sprayed with the fill color; then the empty space inside the guideline is subsequently filled in speed with the same color; finally, with the other color the contour line is drawn more precisely (following the guideline) and sometimes the shadow.

Following this same procedure, Aj Roi has recreated in a very realistic way the miniature of a graffiti with his name, characterized by an inhomogeneous filling, not completely covering; and errors and smudges typical of illegal graffiti, done in a hurry.

The engravings that give this brick the appearance of an entire wall were made by hand by Aj Roi cold.

The gray color that simulates the mortar is also visible outside the joints, a typical feature of exterior walls made with little care. In the lower part you can see a slight greenish tint, designed to simulate moss and mold .
