While the phrase on the artwork in question may seem immediate to Milanese people, for everyone else, a little translation might be needed: "FÖRA DI BALL" literally means "GET OUT OF THE WAY."
The road sign used is authentic and features the "one-way parallel" pictogram, but the artist distorted its meaning by writing over it with a permanent marker.
